Editing research material

Reference data can be edited and duplicated.


To edit research material:

1. Click on the research tab

2. 'View' is the default on the navigation pane for this page

3. Your default style guide will display here


 4. Search for the item you wish to edit and click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side. The 'Edit Resource' form will open.


5. The edit form will open and anything in this form can be altered; including changing the resource type and format.

6. Edit any of the meta-data

7. Add the resource to a project(s) or collection(s)

8. Make a duplicate of the resource (great for book chapters or several articles from the same journal)



  • When you save the resource, the page will remain open to allow you to continue editing
  • You can change the order of contributors using drag-and-drop
  • Edit a contributor by tapping on their name (remember to click +Save when finished)
