Working with paragraphs

All writing objects are intended to hold discrete amounts of writing. As such, every time you hit Enter in every writing object (except Lists) a new Paragraph object will be added. However, if you cut-and-paste text from another word processor into ComWriter that includes multiple paragraphs, the enter will be removed and the text will appear as if it is a single paragraph. So, remember to separate paragraphs into new writing objects.

  • Enter adds a new Paragraph, wherever you are
  • Text in different writing objects enables easy drop'n'drag for re-ordering
  • When you cut-and-paste from another word processor, remember to bring a single paragraph at a time
