Subsequent Citation

This term is used for formatting the reference style. A subsequent citation occurs when a resource has been inserted (cited) more than once in a project. The subsequent citation is not the first citation, or a consecutive citation, but a repeated citation.

Tips

1. It is important to consult the official Style Guide used for your specific academic discipline when formatting citations.
