If you are having difficulty signing into your account, the following options might work:
- Check that you are on the Log In page and not the Sign Up page
- Check that you are using an authorized browser (i.e., Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari)
- Clear your browser cache (sometimes the browser stores data that messes with log in)
- Close your browser and re-open it
- Change to another browser (e.g., Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari)
- Change to another device
